This report presents emerging findings regarding the operation and role of local Healthwatch from the ongoing ‘Post-Implementation Review of the Health and Care Act 2022’ research study. It draws on evidence from a nationwide survey of local Healthwatch employees and interviews with leaders and staff across two Integrated Care Systems.
